My Approach

I believe balance to be a key component of a woman's wellness. To be balanced means to be mindful of all areas of wellness: physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual. Too often, people in the health industry focus on just fitness or just diet when being well is so much more. I work with women to assess their whole wellness: mind-body-spirit and then provide inclusive, personalized programs to help them reach their full potential.

Women face challenges to maintain balance in their health in all stages in life. It is my goal to help as many women as I can to be well because, let's be honest... the world needs us.

My Story

Growing up, as a Type 1 Diabetic and a student-athlete, diet and physical activity were a consistent focus in my life.

In university, my social life grew and my health was neglected.  I battled with negative self-talk and became calorie obsessive.  A few years later, wanting to become a mom, I regained my health and was able to have two successful pregnancies.

It was becoming a mom when I really began to realize the importance of being well.  I ate healthy and exercised, but it was my mental health that required more love.  After making changes to focus more on my social wellness and seeking therapy to aid in my mental health, combined with maintaining my physical (diet, exercise, sleep) wellness, I was able to return to my healthy, happy, self.  Now, I hope to do the same for others.
